Want to know how kids become good ocean sailors? Here's one way: This is a recent practice by the Miami Yacht Club Youth Racing Team under the direction of Coach Leandro Spina. Leandro, by the way, is the current Snipe National Champion, as well as a team member of the Trimaran National Champions. The practice was held just outside of Government Cut in Miami Beach, in 25 knots of wind. Word.
